Geese Location & Assessment

  • Our trained technicians will locate the birds’ nests and describe or show them to you.

  • We will then assess the best method of deterrence depending on where they are located.

Effective Geese Deterrence

  • Using various proven humane methods, including specially-bred dogs, we will scare the geese away and deter them from nesting in the area, provided they are mobile and can fly (i.e. babies are not present).

  • It is illegal for landowners or their agents to scare or harass Canada Geese without written authorization from the Canadian Wildlife Service.

  • Specially-bred and obedience-trained dogs are also available for purchase from us in order to implement your own long-term deterrence program. Our dogs make a great companion or mascot for your organization. Contact us for details.

Feces Clean-up and Decontamination

  • We will bag and remove loose layers of droppings and clean rinse the area

  • After the area is clear of droppings, we will apply a virucide/germicide to kill any remaining bacteria

  • Our cleaning/ decontamination products efficiently break down bird droppings, reducing the solids and eliminating odours. They allow for easy removal of even stubborn, caked-on droppings and other organic matter on a wide variety of surfaces. The products are non-toxic, non-flammable and biodegradable, plus they are environmentally safe.

Why the Humane Approach is Better

Our wildlife technicians are specially trained to deter nesting geese as well as prevent undue stress or injury to them. It is against the law to disturb, damage or destroy the nests or eggs of Canada Geese (in some cases, permission may be obtained from the Canadian Wildlife Service). Our focus on education and prevention makes us a leader in the wildlife control industry.
