Humane Wildlife Control sponsors African Lion
Safari "Elephant Waltz" Fundraiser
The elephants, young and old, head home after their meal
The African Lion Safari raised close to $30,000 at its "Elephant
Waltz" fundraiser, in which the giant grey residents of the park come to eat and
say hello to the attendees, who numbers over 100 this year. HWC sponsored the
event, proceeds from which go to help care for the animals at this unique park.
Participation in this event was part of Humane Wildlife
Control's partnership initiative, recognizing the valuable contribution that humane societies, SPCA's and animal control
organizations make to the lives of animals every day.
